You know, I really hate it when I work 2 days in a row. I feel like I am too exhausted to do anything after a 12hr shift! I am a nurse, running around on my feet all day, or night. Last thing I want to do is think about running or any kind of workout. Anyone else have this problem?

My exercise has almost become a "need to" do type thing. I get anxiety over not doing it! I suppose this is good, but I can't wait to get back into it. Weekends are hard, my husband doesn't offer to watch the kids so I can go. And I tried to take them with me, which was purely not anything fun. Dont get me wrong, we do activity together, just running is not one of them!

So anyone else have that problem with the husband? I would think he would be all about me losing weight, but he doesn't offer even when prompted! Grrrr... We've been married for 10 years. I don't think anything is about to change. LOL.

Well enough babbling...It is definately bedtime for this chick, got a big day of running outside tomorrow!
