I'm a little disappointed in myself. I was doing pretty well and then i gained 1 lbs and some back, but I'm back on track. I took a long walk this morning and for Christmas I promise myself to eat small amounts, nothing large. I'm still drinking only water but it's kinda hard to maintain that, sometimes you just want that sugary drink.
I need to exercise more. For me, it's really hard to go exercise when it's cold outside. I just want to cuddle into my sweater and sit on the couch. How do i get my blood pumping so the cold doesn't take over and keep me down?!
