I had a feeling last time I weighed in, that I was a little bloated, and now, a few days later...Waaa lahh! The weight loss begins again. Yay! I do feel a little lax today though. I only went on a bike ride vs running. 4.1miles outside. 30 min. I guess not too shabby, got 30 min of heart elevating exercise, so that is an accomplishment I think. I guess if I still feel like I didn't do enough, I always have tonight! :) Smile ~ its Friday!
