My weight lost-per-day has been slightly inaccurate.
(1.) 447.4 - 389.6 = 57.8 57.8/91 = .635 lb/ day Starting FS weight - current = weight lost after I started logging EVERY calorie meticulously on FatSecret.com)
(2.) 21+31+31+8=91 days up to/incl SEPTEMBER 8th (starting June 10th) Running count of number of days in each month since got serious with FS so I don't lose track and don't have to keep checking how many days in each month. 21 days in June after started + whole month of July, + August, etc, etc.
(3.) 455-389.6 = 65.4 lost overall (including pre-FS weight loss)
