Busy, busy, busy. Continue to work out every morning through the week days. The running is getting way easier. Still not anywhere near a 5K distance! But I gotta get there. And I will. It is a goal of mine, and I will get there! Got some friends that are holding me accountable! Last few days have been cloudy and raining, so not much outside time, and that is starting to wear on a person! Ready for some sunshine!
Saw a friend that I haven't seen in a couple weeks, she really was sweet. Told me I was "lookin good!" So I guess the weight loss is starting to be noticable! YAY!

PS - New found addiction...The Southwest Salad at McD's!!! YUM...I need to learn to replicate that at home! I already made the chicken!!
