(2.) 21+31+31+8=91 days up to/incl SEPTEMBER 8th (starting June 10th*)
Running count of number of days in each month since got serious with FS so I don't lose track and don't have to keep checking how many days in each month. 21 days in June + whole month of July, etc, etc.

(3.) 455-389.6 = 65.4 lost overall (including pre-FS weight loss)

I hope to one day understand what you've got written there...lol I do understand that you have averaged .763 lb weight loss per day since you started and that is just plain awesome:)

Number of days in each month so I don't lose track and don't have to keep checking how many days in each month. 18 days in June, whole month of July, etc, etc.) This may be slightly innaccurate. 66.4/87 days = 0.763 lb/day 21+31+31+8=91 days up to/incl SEPTEMBER 8th (starting June 10th) I guess I'd lost a little weight before then. June 10th was 447.4 so: 447.4 - 389.6 = 57.8 57.8/91 = .635 lb/ day since got serious on FatSecret.com 455-389.6 = 65.4 lost overall
