This may be slightly innaccurate.
66.4/87 days = 0.763 lb/day
21+31+31+8=91 days up to/incl SEPTEMBER 8th (starting June 10th)
I guess I'd lost a little weight before then. June 10th was 447.4 so:
447.4 - 389.6 = 57.8
57.8/91 = .635 lb/ day since got serious on FatSecret.com
455-389.6 = 65.4 lost overall
