Just got done shopping. i went to bjs wholesale club to get really healthy foods to fill my frig with here are some of the things I bought:

* 2 gallons of vanilla almond milk
*non fat chobani greek yogurt
*light canned tuna fish
*pom wonderful pomegranate juice
*smuckers sugar-free strawberry jelly
*green grapes
*celery
*2 huge bags of frozen strawberries
*2 3lb bags of bananas
*2 loafs of Arnolds 100% whole wheat bread



I honestly can say I didnt even look at the junk food just walked by like it wasnt even there so proud of myself have to pick up a few more things tomorrow that i forgot.

I feel good about this time around and hopefully I stick with it I got faith in my self

I love the light vanilla almond milk. Good for cereal, in coffee, to make smoothies. I cut and freeze the cheap brown bananas I buy, throw them in the blender with some ice, almond milk and a scoop of whey protein (peanutbutter chocolate flavor, or any really!). Great drink on the go.

yeah I also use the almond milk for my smoothies I have been having a smoothie for breakfast almost everyday until this morning when i ran out of both almond milk and strawberries :( Occasionally ill add some oats in it because it really fills me up. My secret to it tasting so great is I put about a table spoon of the Smuckers sugar-free strawberry jelly in it and it really makes it taste like something you shouldnt be eating haha and its only 30 calories a tablespoon all my smoothies I add strawberries so thats why i choose the strawberry flavored jelly but they sell other flavors also ..but I try and aim for 300 calorie breakfast and im so full for like 3hrs I love it . Sooo refreshing my body feels so good from all the nutrients and vitamins from the fruit .. super yummy
