So today is a new day, today I'm going to commit my self to at least two hours of exercise. The workout that I love and gets a little challenging is the Biggest Loser workout DVDs I love them !!!! I always tell myself im just gunna do one workout video and i get so into it that I end up doing 2-3 videos which are a hr long. That show really motivates me !! I'm just gunna take this weightloss journey one day at a time. I'm gunna set some mini goals for myself to help push me instead of just a final weight goal, just because 100lbs is a ton to lose and I'll get discouraged that I'm not reaching that goal quick enough.. and I dont want to give up this is a life style change and there is no finish line in my eyes.. I'm seeking support and guidance to help me a long.

*kettle bells *workout out fit *Marc Jacobs purse *spa day *workout video *all new clothes *over all a new me :) there not in any order here but in my bio i have them all listed along with what weight i will receive the reward :)
