Today is March 1st. My goal for this month is record EVERYTHING that I eat all month long. Good or bad. I want to get an accurate count for the month of how much I'm actually eating and burning. I'm also hoping that this goal will help keep me from eating the bad foods. If I know I have to record it, I'll be less likely to eat it right? And I know, I know...technically no food is "bad." But I really need to stay away from the drive-thrus. So add that to my goals for March. NO FAST FOOD! It's only 31 days. And after that, I'll be used to not going to the drive-thrus so it will be less of a temptation right?
