Man, it has been a while. I went and gained 3 pounds and felkt awful and wanted to jyst give up, so I gained another pound... mostly in cake. Well, then I had to make a decision. I could keep going, keep gaining, or stop and at least take some control. I have lost three pounds but am up from the 4 pounds I had orginall lost. When life gets hetic, I get hungry and I need to break the cycle. My husband and I have agreed to buy an exercise bike with our tax refund next year and that will be a big help. My husband has started doing a work out everyday and he has lost 8 pounds. He is trying to get into the Airforce, meanwhile I am watching the baby and not getting a workout. I know I can do things with the baby and I am using her as a crutch to not work out, after all, I wasn't working before I had my baby. I just need to do it. It is so much easier to say I need to do it then actually doing it.
