I ran 6km today! (equiviland 12 laps of an oval!)
just weeks ago i could only run a few minutes before becoming uber puffed! now i can blast out 6km without really feeling stuffed. I just get on the tredmill, crank my ipod, set it to 'fatburner' (varying speeds) mode and BAM i run for 40 minutes!
Next week Im going to run 8km! and the week after Im going to run 10km.
I honestly think i can do it, considering today I didnt completely run out of puff. My legs were fairly sore though, i need to remember to stretch properly after gym sessions. yew!
