61 days to go 17lbs too go Carbs too much Cals probably ok % body fat 30.6% BMI 27 Down 0.2 lbs
16:8 fast Went for a carvery for lunch Don't know how big the portions of turkey and beef were HAd carrots, cabbage, broccoli and peas, also one potato and 1/4 Yorkshire pudding. For dessert I had pear and almond pudding
Later at home I had almonds, tea and water.
So probably well over for carbs, but any food diary entries for yesterday would be complete guesses so I haven't bothered. But at least I managed a fast, then OMAD 😁
Running errands today as back to work tomorrow morning, then back surgery tomorrow afternoon... so nilbymouth from tomorrow morning =definite fast tomorrow 😉
Have a happy Monday fs friends 😎😎

Turkey with giblet gravy. Roast beef with yorkies.
2 of my favourites.
Pity you couldn't finish with bread and butter pudding or, even better, sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream.

1/4 of a Yorkshire pudding, that is incredible self restraint

Do you know Willie I used to love those sort of puddings, with custard, but I find them really sweet now.. I had sticky toffee pudding at my cousin's wedding last month, probably about 1/4 the size of my old portions, no custard or cream ( used to have both) and that was just enough for me!
I normally cook roast beef every Sunday, so I enjoyed someone else doing the cooking for a change 😂😂😁😁

Wow - you're going to work in the morning before your surgery? What a trooper. There is absolutely no way I would do that. Have a good day, Poppy 🙂

Ahermi.. it's not as impressive as it sounds.. the restaurant guarantees its yorkies are 7 inches minimum lol.
Also, I normally cook roast beef on a Sunday.. so I'm used to avoiding/ having minimal yorkshires and roast potatoes. ( I used to do 2 trays of 12 Yorkshires or 24 between the 4 of us! I still roast a whole bag of potatoes, but normally don't eat any 😉

Doobs.. tomorrow is my first day back since 17 August and the first day of my new hours that I fought so hard for.. so I thought I should show willing ..
and if I work 830- 1145 then that's more than half a day so they can't count tomorrow as sick leave 😉😉😉

Good luck with your back surgery Poppy! 😘 I do my custards now with sweeteners and fruits cut into them because of the whole "sickly sweet" issue. And this way I still have a desert I can eat that's a treat!💁🏻And to estimate meat portions the size of a standard pack of 52 playing cards is about 3 oz so if you can mentally stack that or separate that on your plate to estimate it helps! A 1" square block of cheese is 1 oz or about the size of a ping pong ball. Fruit that is medium is about tennis ball sized. Hope this helps.
