I just read the Wikipedia entry for Jack LaLanne. Wow, great support for me in contrast to the heckling at my office. Ive decided I'm on the 96 year plan and "my health account is my wealth account". I'm eating to LIVE. Eating to die is easy, but eating to live takes a lot of hard work. And you know what, it's worth it! I'm worth it. I'm reaping the rewards now, and every day until this body expires.
