I don't know whether to be disappointed or elated. My weight is the same as it was last week. There's certainly no joy in how I'm feeling right now. I blew it by going out to lunch, with my siblings, and my neice, on Saturday, and certainly didn't hold back; except for skipping dessert; and I didn't gain any weight; which I should be happy about. No doubt about it; it's a victory, but when you are trying to lose weight, it's a shallow one at best. I was able to minimalize the damage by drinking water, for the rest of Saturday, and getting right back to the LCWOE on Sunday. Time to get back to the basics, and get the weight coming off again. Hopefully, my efforts will pay off and I'll see a weight loss when I hop on the scale again next Monday. Have a great week everyone.

It is a little disappointing to not see the scale move down but staying the same is better than seeing it go up. You'll be losing again very soon.

Your attitude is great even thought you stayed the same..just think how bad you would feel with a gain..I am sure its mostly fluid and it will be gone in a few day..stay the course..YOu can do it..:O)
