Well, I blew it, big time; went out to lunch with my sister, brother, and my neice; to our favorite Japanese Buffet restaurant. I had sushi, dim sum, kim chee, and a variety of other Chinese, and Japanese favorites. However, I had a good time with them, and it was a very good meal. I also have no intention of beating myself up about it. I guess I've learned, that anyone can fall off the wagon, but the strategy for surviving it is to not let it keep you down. I'll be drinking a lot of water, for the rest of the day, maybe have a low carb smoothie, later on; and without missing a beat, go back to my normal low carb woe tomorrow. It may take me a couple of days, to get back into fat burning mode, but by getting back on plan, right away, this meal should have little effect. Experience is a great teacher. :-)
