My first weigh in since re-committing to Keto last Monday! I had been eating junky because finances were not so great and we had just moved to another state, so a combination of stress and convienience had me eating like garbage! I'm back on track and I feel so great. My dad always told me that it's not about being perfect at things all the time, it's about getting back on track after you fail. It's great to see progress again even though I felt awful today! I think the next few days call for an egg fast to make my body figure its self out!
