Feeling Good!!!! I have moved on to the next step on the RYBO course! Running for 7 min, walk for 3 min, repeating through 33min. It wasn't even that hard to do! LOVE it. I actually am gonna be a runner. 5K - Here i come! Well, in a couple more months!!! Slow but sure! :) And the weather has been amazing. I will be sad if it doesn't stay like this! 70-80's in March?! Un-heard of in Iowa!!! I feel as if I got alot to be smiling about right now! Feelin' great!
