I started an online couseling program today called "The Lord's Table", a weight loss program that isn't really a weight loss program. It's about eating in such a way as to bring glory to God, showing that He is sweeter and more to be desired than food. I think this is going to be a tough program to follow in that it's going to require a lot of deep heart and soul transformation.
