Another disappointment !!
Further gained 1 kg. now I am at 198 lbs or 90 Kg. What a shame I gained from a low of 192.7 lbs to 198 lbs in about 10 days. Totally confused and shocked why this is happening. Eating nothing high in calorie, working out almost regularly. And still gaining. With same diet and similar workout I managed to shed 11-12 lbs in past 2 months. The only thing different is the strength exercises, some weight exercise and calisthenics.
