I really did try harder and made the second thought before I grabbed a snack - the after work before dinner time is still tough, but better. Water has been a great help and need to continue with that. I'm proud for a back-to-back week of weight loss, a real motivator. I'll continue to do well, I know it. I'm back on track and will strive.
My youngest who has been on a weight loss journey with me reminded me last evening that you still have to live and we can have a treat every once in a while - we enjoyed a stop at the coffee shop last night - loved the time together almost more then the treat.
