Hi all, I have been very busy this last few days. I have worked out every day this week with the exception of two days. I have eaten pretty well also, just not all fat smash. I have all next week off, so I am going to work out as much as I can and eat well before we go to Orlando for the Holidays. I have not planned my vacation work out yet, but I think I will do a lot of walking (my in-laws live within walking distance of the Outlet mall). I am going to take a few DVDs as well. If anyone has any other suggestions let me know.
