I want to start a recipe book for use in the house. Something I can fill with healthier options that would be great to share with friends & family. I dont want to be at the mercy of food my whole life. I look forward to changing my habits, and becoming better in the process. I'm so excited to be starting this new hobby.. Oh before I forget, I am working to becoming adventist, which is going to eliminate alcohol, pork, shrimp & lobster to name a few from my diet. I definitely have to come up with new ways to eat...
