Got "Ketogenic Superpowers" back. Two hours of dumbbells w/ more weight & 3.5 hours of wheelchair laps.
Carbquick(tm) seems to be pretty good stuff. Hospital kitchen baked a few CQ biscuits for me on the down-low. They were reasonable facsimiles of normal human biscuits--good, but not TOO good. Really, really relieved that I didn't feel that carb trigger that can lead to a "feeding frenzy".
Carbs were 8.64g yesterday. Neat-o.
