I have to quit weighing myself. Seriously this has got to stop

While getting to my goal...I agree with you. I weigh once a week. The flux of daily weighing (loss/gain) causes undue negativity to my day. So I weigh - once a week - at same time - same conditions- same scale. Only once in (3) months have I been unable to get there....I was out of town on weigh day. I do, however, look forward to daily weigh ins when I reach final goal. I really get your pain on this. My best to you.
