This site is pretty cool...it's like Facebook and The Biggest Loser Club put together. Great, now I have one more website to check into each day...thanks Sis! LOL
One complaint: I started my weight loss two weeks ago, before I registered for this site, so even though I've already lost 10 pounds and one pant size, my weight history on this thing says I've lost a big fat "0" Kinda kills the enthusiasm. Oh well.
Went hiking this morning. Did two 1.5 mile trails and by the time I finished, an hour later, it was just starting to rain. Perfect timing. Came home, had some lunch, then did my 30 min strength circuit training. Will probably do a mile tonight on the treadmill while watching the new episode of Psych. :)
