That's a great idea for a meal, Dita. @Pcoms - as long as you eat a variety of foods to ensure you get good nutrition, you can. 7 x 200Calorie chocolate bars is 1400 calories but not a wise choice as it will be overloading sugar and lacking protein. Have a read up on different ways of eating and see what suits you. Dita is doing very low carb by the looks of things and that has some great benefits but doesn't suit absolutely everyone. However you choose to eat, try to eat slowly so you recognise the signs of being full and when you feel hungry, drink a glass of water or unsweetened tea or coffee then wait a wee while to see if that takes the feeling away or if you are actually hungry and need food. Too many of us eat out of habit, not hunger. All the best!
