Dissapointed in the weather again. I hate it when I can't get into the gym because of it. Not quite motivated to do anything at home with the kids here. I hate being interupted when I am in the middle of it. I need to get in the zone. Hard to get it done here. Clare is pulling on my sleeve now to help her with a puzzle that is way beyond her- so here I go...

But how does the weather outside impact you working out inside a gym? :)

Can't get to the gym with the blowing snow and icy roads. Lots of that going on this winter.

Try to find an alternative way. Else it will be very tempting to use the weather as an excuse. For example make the alternative be even worse than actually facing the weather going to the Gym. You might be different but I am very very quick with finding excuses why I can't do something. This only hurts myself in the end.

Seriously- couldn't see the roads to travel to town to get to the gym. Now I had no excuse as to not exercising at home... Anyway- sunny today again. I will be there today. :)
