It was hard getting out of bed this morning, but I did it. The workout was difficult, but I pushed through and even though I had to modify some of the moves, I didn't give up. I really enjoy the trainer on this workout series, he's upbeat and kind of funny, but there are only two workouts per week that you repeat, and a short one that you add on a couple of days, so it may get old by the end of the week. Oh well, it will be new workouts next week.
I stuck to my eating plan pretty well yesterday. Today I'm eating well for the most part, but dinner will be questionable. We're doing a quick dinner because my husband has a meeting and my kids wanted hot ham and cheese sandwiches (it's 90 degrees, really). But, if I just eat one, and eat a good side of veggies, it won't undo my day. I think the hardest thing about the eating plan that goes with the workouts is that they don't give you an evening snack, which I shouldn't have anyway, I'm just used to it. So, I'm just going to have to have a cup of tea or something in the evening to curb that urge for a snack. I'm hoping over the next few weeks some of those habits are changed and I'm not wanting the evening snacks and eating fruits and veggies is the habit.
I hope everyone is doing well and I really need to search up my old Buddies on here. It's harder to figure out this new system since it's been awhile for me. Maybe I shouldn't stay gone for so long!
