Well done on the drop in dress sizes!

I love that you have a specific event motivating you to keep going. That really helps! Keep up the great work!

That's great progress on the dress front. Ah yes, wayward boobs in dresses! Strange how no one complained when I was in my 20s but now ... 😖😂

Thanks all
Phooka.. I'm the same.. probably because mine now require great feats of engineering to keep them in place now, didn't need that in my 20s 😂😂 #truth 😊😊

I'm envious re the boobs Phooka & Poppycom - but I manage lol. Don't undereat poppycom or you're body will go into starving mode and start storing all it can - make sure that post fasting calories come mainly from fat - avocados, nuts etc.

If the Humber bridge got grade 1 listing for architectural and engineering excellence, I reckon Panache should get the same (other bra manufacturers are available) #truth 😂😂😂

Well done Poppy, that's an amazing achievement. I'm afraid no dress will ever fit perfectly if off the peg, but if you have a local college see if they do a fashion course - students often supplement their income/grant/loan by doing alterations or making something from scratch and it can make a simply tailored dress look extraordinary. It won't cost very much either and if it's for a special occasion will make all the difference. If you're looking for some displacement activity, I have an entire wardrobe of ironing that needs doing . . . :)

You are doing great! Bravo!! Making it a serious habit not to eat all the treats at work is a huge step. I feel sorry for my coworkers that are unable to walk by the box of treats left by someone. I pretty much consider doughnuts to be poison now.

Good idea, ST! Never thought of that.

Ah, escapist mammaries. Sad news is, sometimes that's the last place to require less rebar. And when it finally does, that some necklines gape even more. StrangeTrout's tip about alterations is well taken, and with the right student even tee shirts worlds different.
On first read, I thought that was a list of foods you'd eaten, and wondered if I'd happened upon some equally strange sounding alternative to keto.

Dunno what my dress size is, but I had to buy a new belt as the holes on my old one where all worn out and I had starting punching new holes in, and then it snapped, mind you had it about 12 years, and without it I was in a constant state of imminently showing the world the colour of undies...The new one is great and was a 42 " waist, this one is a 38" and there's plenty of room on it for new holes too...So now my jeans/trousers stay put when I am walking!!!

Roeekats.. no. I've also previously done 27 and 37 hours.
16:8 or 18:6 is quite easy, but then I smell the food I'm preparing for everyone else 😋
