The end of ab workout (reverse crunch ankles crossed) was tougher hmm...maybe because I worked out so hard yesterday...

although...I think getting into a deep state of ketosis with no residual pesky side effects is of primary importance. I couldn't do this until that happened. 😊

Not there yet, by a long shot. Need to figure out the hormone aspect as well. ;-)

I do notice that I don't sleep as much while intermittent fasting. I think that is probably hormonal. Its always best of course for each person to listen to their bodies. Mine just kept saying " you're not hungry now but you will be in the afternoon so just eat then!
