Well it is Monday morning and I have another day to choose. I can choose to be obediant with my food choices and reap the reward. I can choose to move my body a little and feel better, more energetic and loose the flab.
Or not.
Discipline is a gift you give yourself. Discipline helps us achieve goals, run marathons, correct distructive behavior, build character and self esteem.
It is better to correct yourself than allow circumstances to change behavior.
