164.9 lbs ( new scales) 164.0 lbs old scales, so wt stable 11 lbs to go
I COMPLETED a 37 hour fast 😱( 10 hrs more than previous longest one)
% body fat 30.9% 11/5/17. Body fat 43.4% 28/12/16. Body fat 51%
Firstly to Doobrie.. many thanks fir the offer of a dress fir the wedding, but my mums gonna treat me to a specialist dress/separates Tried yesterday - defo size 12/14 bottom half and 16/18/20 top half if I want to do up zips/breathe etc 😂😂😂
Got my new scales, £11 bargain at Amazon. The % fat monitor on my old scales didn't work due to water damage and I know by my shape and measurements I'm losing fat. Will use the new scales from tomorrow, they weighed me in at 0.9 lbs more today, but I know there is variation between scales.
Was going to try a 3 day fast with April and minitata, but didn't realise it started today. Having roast beef with the family today, so will have to pass this time.hope you all do well 👍
Still, I've achieved 37 hour fast 8 inches fat off my belly since April From 51% to 30.9% body fat since Christmas So the scales aren't as important as I thought!
Plan for today ACV More painkillers to get in top of hip andback pain before work Dinner with the family At least 16:8 Use the new scales ( and weight) from tomorrow)
Long term plan: fit comfortably into size 16 mainstream clothes 😊😊( an indicator of a size that will probably also help my back pain)
Have a happy and productive Sunday fs friends 😎😎

Well done, Poppy. Those figures are brilliant. I've never had scales that measure anything but weight. I don't eat hardly any starchy carbs and don't miss them now. Having said that I went for a Turkish meal last night with friends and had a small amount of pita bread (my starter wouldn't have been as nice without it). Most of my carbs come from the natural sugars in fruit and vegetables. I try to keep them to a max of 105g of carbs and 90g of net carbs a day. It sounds a lot but as they're mostly natural sugar ones it seems to be working for me. Hope you have a happy Sunday, too 😊
