40 days to go 14.3 lbs to go 9.97 g carbs BMI 27 (was 32)
Thanks for l the support and advice yesterday fs friends
I was so annoyed at myself for missing the opportunity to fast (and my slow weight loss) that I had cheese and krackerwheat for lunch. At least it wasn't half a packet 👍. I've learnt to stay away from the sweet stuff, but beer and salty crunchy crackers will still require a lot more work. I think I was also annoyed at my body, as I tried my exercise bike and now my hip really hurts. Bummer. That was a stupid, desperate thing to do before my helicopter ride.
Today I have a helicopter ride over London with my eldest daughter. She bought the ride as my Christmas present. I've always wanted to go on a helicopter.. I've saved up 3 times but each time the kids have needed school trip/concert tickets etc. So One Direction got the tickets instead of the helicopter man😉. I'm beyond excitement 😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️❤️
Today I am down 0.8lbs. Decided to try to fast from yesterday lunchtime (12.30) until after the helicopter ride at 2pm today. So by the time we get home it will be over 27 hours, my previous longest fast.
Gonna go at this really hard for 10 days, then re-evaluate my goal. I hate not achieving targets, so will try to use this to spur myself on and fight this battle fiercely!! If the tape measure doesn't turn up today I'm gonna buy a new one tomorrow 😎
Have a great Sunday fs friends

What an exciting day for you and the weather looks good so you should have a lovely clear view. Have fun 😊

Glad you're back to being yourself and not flapping - you really are doing well. Enjoy the helicopter ride. When you're not fasting you need to be sure that you're eating enough - it's as important as not overeating.
