I had gum surgery yesterday. My high blood sugar compromised my gum health. I have my sugar under control after losing 20 pounds. I didn't know I have to rest for a whole week. Can't work, exercise or even do house work. I was suppose to start a new challenge yesterday but with all this resting I'm going to be a week behind. I guess late is better than never.
