It's just my first week using this App, I have to say it's easy to use! I don't think we realise what we actually put in outlet mouth until we have to record it! I've ballooned 3 dress sizes and have been told I'm clinical obese my my Gp. I don't mind sharing that. I'm. It proud of it and intend to make a stand as from last week!! I've already lost 3lbs this week, so as a reward I've bought myself a Fitbit flex 2 that's waterproof and I'm starting aqua fit classes tomorrow. I'll be the fattest in there, but I don't care, I have to start somewhere!! 🤞🏊🏻‍♀️
