Ok....so I'm down 2lbs since 2 days ago. Yay me!!! I had to change a few things. I quit eating the frozen foods and tried cooking some fish (the fish was ok, I think I need a better recipe). Oh and did you know you should have fresh chicken instead of the frozen??? I didnt know it made a difference, but the frozen has alot of sodium in it. So those are a few changes I have made so far. And I think that may have made a difference. (cross-fingers) I am hoping thats what it is, just so I know for sure, not to go back to frozen foods period. But my counselor said it was ok to maybe have a frozen dinner once or twice a week. And I might treat myself to one.

Great job on the 2 lbs! That is awesome. Also avoid having too much beef. Especially twice in one day or on back to back days. It takes at least 24 hours if not more to process beef in your system. Avoid having the heavy starches such as potato, rice, corn.

Thanks!! You know the last time I had anything other than chicken was almost 3 weeks ago! Yikes!! I've been eating chicken like its going out of style. But the funny thing is, I'm not tired of it yet. Thank goodness! I think my weakness is the starches though. I didnt realize how much I love and ate starches. I've made the LA mashed potatoes before, and they are really good, and love having them with my dinner. It makes my meal feel complete. So right now that's my toughest struggle. Thanks again for the comment and encouragement. Its appreciated.
