I am just starting back on trying to lose weight, I have let myself get so big again. I'm ashamed of myself for allowing my weight to get back up this high. It is so hard to lose weight and apparently the older I get the harder it is to mentally wrap my brain around it to and get motivated. I just wish there was a quick fix and that I didn't feel like food is my enemy. I have to make this work this time, I can not stay like this, I have to get my life back.
