Wow. I feel great. I found a book to read that interests me. I started walking/jogging...accomplished 33 minutes tonight. Felt good. I sweat My ass off, but that was perfectly fine. Showered and now ready for work in 1 hour. Yay for night shift...not. Had whole wheat spaghetti for supper it was not bad at all!!
