I steped on the scale this morning and it was good, lost 3 lbs so far this week. Still have till Monday morning before I actually record but couldn't wait. I'm hoping to lose 1 more pound. We'll see. Stayed pretty much on track. Not eating exactly to what the diet says to have, but staying within the limits of the type of foods to eat, and keeping my calories low. Seems to be working just fine.

4lb by monday would be awesome. Its good i think that you are adapting the diet to your personal choice, it means that you are less likely to go off the rails.

Thank you. I have been on the diet before and my problem with dieting is that I get bored easily. I am hoping that I have learned enough to change my eating style and eventually not have to "diet". Thanks for your support. Good luck to you too!
