Soooooooooooooo pissed off about gaining half a pound each of the last two weeks. If I were doing weights, I could see the gain as possible muscle gain but I haven't lifted a darn thing. To top off my pissyness, I actually worked out for five days one of those weeks and those are my results? Time to stop being so laxed now!!! This means 0 fast food til i lose at least ten pounds. I need to see even small results to keep myself motivated so I have to do this.........to be continued. :-)
