I am able to reel in the food choices and work at getting back on target. Considering what I was stuck eating to heal my severe gut issues, I didn't come out too badly--especially considering steroids. I gained three pounds. Back at losing again and baby steps. If it flares up then I have to go back to the basics and start over--adding only one food at a time to identify triggers. All in all, I am feeling positive. Have a beautiful day.
