Well, I cheated on my no wine rule, but in my defense, it was Valentines day and hubby brought home my favorite chardonnay. Oh well, I still lost a pound! What other diet can you have crabs legs, a wedge salad, and asparagus and still lost weight!

Determine to only use positive language. You didn't cheat you celebrated! I did too! We can't make food our tool for every celebration, but when we have a genuine celebration opportunity that normally includes some kind of consumption we don't need to deny ourselves either. Deny is a negative word--I'm stearing clear of the negatives. Congrats on the continuing losses! Loss--not always a negative word! :)
