My goal for the holidays was to come out even and I did. I'm proud of myself for practicing some restraint at the table (at least compared to previous years) but I did make some people unhappy by not piggout out on their "special recipes."
I also managed to get in some exercise time--even on Thanksgiving day. I found a .9 mile route and walked it a couple of times so I guess I did okay.
Now it's back on the diet until the Christmas excitement begins. Both of my daughters are coming home for the holidays--one for a month so I'm really going to have to be careful!
