Went and got my new phone so that I could download a good calorie counting app. I went yesterday and picked out the HTC Droid Eris. WOW! I LOVE my new phone! I found this wonderful app, Calorie Counter, and it was FREE! I then discovered this website and found out that my phone syncs with it! TOO COOL! I will start back on my eating program/new lifestyle eating tomorrow. It is based on Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet and Jillian Michaels Clean Foods Diet. Principle in a nutshell: If it wasn't grown in the ground or had a mother, don't eat it. Stay away from commercial processed foods and eat organic as often as possible! I can actually eat much more food and in the first 2 weeks of being on this eating change I have lost 9 pounds, gained a lot more energy, and my bloated upper stomach has reduced considerably. Very excited to start again tomorrow after having a very bad two days!
