Missed out on making any entries yesterday.

Had a day of rubbish snacks, devoured (shared) a packet of snack sausage rolls, and jam doughnuts, latte coffee and had hot dogs for supper and an ice cream cone.

Lovely and crappy but did not go over my RDI which is a nice surprise, but I am much better at that these days, I know I am being naughty but also being able to stop much sooner these days and say I have had enough, back to better quality food soon I reckon...
