Joined a 2nd challenge today, to workout 4x per week. The last week I have stuck to my diet, but my exercise schedule has gone out the window. I have been focusing on remodeling my bedroom and cleaning the garage and havent made time for my usual 1 hr of exercise 5x per week. Hopefully this new challenge will keep me on track! Still losing weight, but know how important it is to exercise as well.
