Started going back to band practic last night. Christine, the head flute player has lost sooo much weight i didnt think it was the same person. she said she has lost about 100lbs, and for the first time when she weighed herself it started with a 1.... so it is very modivating seeing someone with that kind of sucess, not only will band be an activity out of the house, i will feel modivated just listning to christines sucess.
When i came home i reached for a bag of microwave popcorn, as i was telling myself that i have to cut out the late evening snaks, as i was opening the plastic wrapper i said out loud what are u doing....and put it back in the box, i was telling myself it was ok because it was low fat, low sodium... but still over 200cal and yes i would have eatten the whole bag! i had my cup of tea with splenda and went to bed early.
