Today was busy... I waited too long before dinner... and feel like I over ate... because I was really hungry. But other than that I did great - went to the gym and got everything finished and organized. Tonight I sit to do work after a hot bath - my legs ache from the gym. Going to take my vitamins tonight on a full stomach - or the multi atleast! Gnight!
