A couple of days ago a friend of mine asked me how I could spare time for exercise. Emmm...It is right I literally have no time to work out because I need to both go to work and do the house work. Not just myself, but probably all working moms are facing the same situation to deal with so many thing in a day :( Unfortunately, just regular routine doesn't make me fit(whether it is hard or not, it just make me tired..) So here is the breakthrough I make up for with myself. I try to eat less but when I prepare my meal I enjoy decorating and imagine that I treat myself in the fanciest way. I used to skip meals and that made me consume much more irregularly. However since I started to have a balanced and well decorated and delight feeling dishes, the calories became a lot lessened. And I add a bit more tension in my daily routine. For example while I vacuuming I bend a bit more day by day, cleaning kitchen or washing dishes I add extra scrubbing. Those tiny efforts turns me different every day and now I feel I am a way much better toward my goal. Fatsecret buddies! Love yourself and be happy that is the fastest way to get fit and healthy!
