100 days to go Weight stable But I wore the suit trousers today that OH bought me on 2nd April I don't have to struggle with the zip or button any more... I just leave them done up and pull them up and down over my hips like a pair of leggings 🎉🎉👍👍 Today in our office kitchen I avoided Carrot cake Lemon drizzle cake Chocolate caramel bites French fancies Bourbons Custard creams Large bag Tyrell's salt and vinegar crisps Yay! Yesterday was very stressful as I was a witness in court, but I managed not to stress eat. It's been awful having this hanging over me for 4 months, but it's over now. Support from my buddies has helped to keep me happy and on track. No food or activity diary today.. just work and catching up on missed sleep, I'm physically and emotionally spent. Back on track with the recording tomorrow. Thank you all❤️ Onwards and downwards x
